Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
An appointment is preferred but not essential. If you cannot come to us please give us a call on 02892 652 388 and we can make alternative arrangements.
Do you provide replacement cars during repairs?
Yes, we can provide replacement cars depending on your circumstances.
What are the payment terms?
Private work may need a deposit to cover purchase of parts with the balance on collection. Insurance work may have an excess which is payable on completion.
What guarantees do you give with your work?
We give a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship as well as the manufacturer’s normal warranty on parts.
What insurance companies do you work with?
We cater for all insurance companies. You will not need additional quotes as we negotiate a repair cost directly with them, taking the stress away from you.
What should I do if I have had an accident that wasn’t my fault?
Contact us at your earliest convenience and we can assist in organising a replacement vehicle and repairs.
