Commercial Vehicles
If your commercial vehicle has been involved in an accident, the steps are the same: call us. We’ll conduct a damage assessment with the photos you provide us – and we’ll take our own on site. We can provide an estimate and wherever possible carry out temporary repairs – keeping you on the road wherever possible, while we await authorisation to commence repairs.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
An appointment is preferred but not essential. If you cannot come to us please give us a call on 02892 652 388 and we can make alternative arrangements.
What guarantees do you give with your work?
We give a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship as well as the manufacturer’s normal warranty on parts.
What are the payment terms?
Private work may need a deposit to cover purchase of parts with the balance on collection. Insurance work may have an excess which is payable on completion.
What insurance companies do you work with?
We cater for all insurance companies. You will not need additional quotes as we negotiate a repair cost directly with them, taking the stress away from you.
Do you provide replacement cars during repairs?
Yes, we can provide replacement cars depending on your circumstances.
What should I do if I have had an accident that wasn’t my fault?
Contact us at your earliest convenience and we can assist in organising a replacement vehicle and repairs.
